Marcia
Finance Director
Marcia is responsible for creating patient contracts, coordinating insurance, processing accounts receivable, and helping out our reception team whenever needed. A member of our team for more than ten years, she finds great satisfaction in helping patients and parents understand their insurance plan and feel comfortable with our financial policies in relation to treatment fees and contracts. Along with the rest of our team, Marcia works to make each patient’s visit a positive experience, full of laughter and beautiful smiles.
Marcia is married and has a wonderful family with whom she loves to spend time. She also enjoys cooking, gardening, staying fit, reading, and being involved with her church group.
Dina
Receptionist
Dina gets to welcome all our patients into the office. She also helps to schedule appointments, monitor office supplies, coordinate referrals, and organize patient charts. She relishes each opportunity she has to get to know our patients and their families on a more personal level. Dina approaches each day with a respectful and friendly attitude, and hopes to make our patients’ orthodontic treatment an awesome experience.
Dina and her husband have three lovely daughters and two adorable grandchildren. In her free time, she enjoys Israeli dancing, exercising (and has now become a Jazzercise instructor in Glenview), and baking. She is also active in the Les Turner ALS Foundation.
Becky
Office Manager
Becky is the person who keeps Kaspers Orthodontics running smoothly from day to day. She’s been a vital part of our team for over 20 years; without her knowledge and experience, we would be hard-pressed to create for our patients the level of excellence in treatment they deserve.
Becky is married with two adult daughters. Her hobbies include antiquing and repurposing, and spending time with her two rescue dogs.
Agata
Orthodontic Technician
By assisting Dr. Kaspers with patients, Agata becomes personally involved in their care and understands what is needed to create the best possible treatment outcome. Agata enjoys working in orthodontics, especially seeing our patients’ confidence grow as their smiles change, and knowing that each of them feels comfortable coming to Kaspers Orthodontics. Seeing our patients throughout their treatments as they grow and mature is a very rewarding experience for her.
In her free time, Agata loves to go to the movies with her son.
